REBEL SKYE ™ WINE
Rebel Skye started when I began working in the wine industry three years ago. It was a tool for me to learn about winemaking and I quickly fell in love with the complex and technical winemaking of rosé. It has continued to grow into a unique and focused winemaking approach and expanding beyond just rosé.
Currently Rebel Skye rosé is made in very small quantities in Paso Robles, California. I currently only make 50 cases or less and our wine is extremely limited. I produce Provence style rosés, this means we do direct to press, acid and thiol driven rosés! Stay tuned for new rebellious projects in the works!
